Are we walking in the Spirit?

Galatians 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

This verse has especially stood out to me in the past few weeks and months. We all now know about Rev. Haggard's situation and the problem with going by ourselves into this spiritual battle. Only Christ can take us away from our earthly lusts and desires. As Galatians 5:16 says that if we walk in the Spirit we will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.
Galatians 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
People, where are our hearts desires? Are they with Christ or are they with the world? We cannot serve two masters (Matthew 6:24) he will either hate one and love the other or hold to one and despise the other. We are God's children and we need to deny our lusts and walk in the way of the Spirit for that is the ONLY way we can achieve the goal of being totally Christs and getting completely rid of the old man and taking on the new man.
The Church as a whole is going out of the way. Are we going to go with it?
